RETURN OF GOODS
If you want to make a return or exchange you must first contact our customer service through the return form.
To make the refund of your purchases in DEBEROZ you have a deadline to request the return of 7 business days from receipt of order (according to art. 44 of the Law 7 / 1996 of 15 January Retail Trade changed Law 47/2002 of 19 December.).
CIRCUMSTANCES OF RETURN:
- If the product you have requested does not satisfy you: you can return it if you comply with the requirements listed below. In this case, DEBEROZ send non-transferable and personal voucher for the amount of product purchased minus the shipping charges. IN NO EVENT refunded. The return shipping and for the new product will be borne by the customer.
- Source defective product: Once DEBEROZ receives and verifies the defective product will send another. In this case the change will always be for the same item or reference. You will only pay the first shipping DEBEROZ taking charge of postage for the return and redelivery.
- Product by mistake, do not correspond to the order: DEBEROZ bear the cost of collecting the wrong item and send the correct order made.
DEBEROZ MAKE CHANGES OR REFUNDS IF:
- Advance notice is given to our Customer Service: This step is essential, irrespective of the reason for the return. You can do this with our return form. We will tell you how you can act to return the item.
- The products must be returned unused and in the same condition as was delivered, keeping intact its original packaging and accessories. To prevent returned items can be damaged during transport, must ensure that they do not move within the packaging. Make sure the product is packaged properly.
- The items to be returned must be properly packaged. Not accept a package that has any seal or label pasted directly from the original packaging.
- Indicate on the outside of the packaging the return number provided DEBEROZ.
DEBEROZ not issue a ticket or make any forwarding of goods until it has verified the receipt and status of packaging and accessories item being return or exchange.

MAKE A CLAIM
To any incident, we ask our customers are advised to first contact our customer service through the claim form.
If our customers are not satisfied with the service, are entitled to make a claim through our complaint form or via regular mail to the following address:
