The prices on our website are inclusive of TAX.

RETURNS:

Received the order in the customer's address, it will have the legal deadlines to return the product if it isn't for your satisfaction. In this case the client is obliged to communicate through the provided form (returns form) and a refund of the product in perfect condition including original invoice and delivery charge.

The Product will be checked and DEBEROZ SL send a  non-transferable VOUCHER and personal for amount of product (without postage). In no case be refunded.

If the return is caused by defects in the product or the product delivered does not match the order, then DEBEROZ bear all freight costs as well (collection and delivery).

CLAIMS:

If you have a claim because you are not satisfied with the buying process ,with our products or for any other reason, you can do with our claims form.

In case of product defect, the client should proceed as a return to send the product as received, including the original invoice and delivery charge. SL DEBEROZ consider the case and agreed with the client product replacement or refund.

If product defects are due to causes beyond DEBEROZ, the cost of shipping freight back will not be refunded.
