The 3 varieties are picked apart at night and at the optimum time are fermented separately seeking the best formula to extract the maximum from each of them and after a separate breeding in Frenchoak barrels from Allier and Nevers with different types of roasting is done the assembly to consider most suitable to obtain this wonderful breeding.

Shown with dark red very well covered and brilliant sparkle still thin layer of cherry and visual sense of youth and serious wine.

In Nose

We are surprised its intensity, is a free wine with red fruit aromas and very appealing spicy background, undoubtedly an elegant wine to make a good impression.

In Mouth

Freshness and an unusual intensity in aged wine. A silky and very tasty wine at a time, has a very nice spicy background and a long aftertaste that invites to drink.
