Run juice obtained from the 20% bleeding of the best deposits of each variety of old vines and low yields by what we get make our higher-end wines. After fermentation for 15 days at temperatures between 17 and 18 degrees ,the finished wine is stabilized, gently filtered and bottled. Less than 2 grams of residual sugar per liter.

The View

Very clean and dense appearance and almost a red body with bright color s but red raspberry.

In Nose

Gives us a full and open red fruit aromas of raspberry and strawberry.

In Mouth

We appreciate all its power and we can enjoy a fruity pink with the same nuances as we anticipated, highlighting the fat that surrounds the mouth and becomes persistent and pleasant.

Pairing

White meats, blue fish, pasta, rice, appetizers and desserts.
