Development

After 15 days of fermentation at 15-17 degrees of temperature we perform the assembly of four different vinification, two for the Chardonnay and two for the Gewürztraminer. The 15% is barrel
fermented Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer half comes from the 2008 vintage resulting in a surprising and serious dry white with less than 2 grams of sugar.

The View

Presents a clean, bright yellow lemon color with glints like steel.

In Nose

Full and open tropical fruit aromas and citrus, with Dairy shades, butter and vanilla remember from the wine made in the barrel of Chardonnay and Gewürztra minerreduction from the 2008 vintage.

In Mouth

Repeat the sensations of the nose with fresh and silky complex that leaves your mouth with a velvety feel and a long aftertaste that invites you to drink.

Pairing

Its structure can accompany a great meal, all kinds of fish, roasts, rice and pasta, white meats and poultry.
